Preventative Maintenance Plans
We offer 6 month or 1 year PM plans tailored to your specific machine. These cover all replacement parts that are recommended by the manufacturer. These also include a discounted parts and service rate for calls not covered under the PM agreement. Feel free to reach out for more info and pricing.
Wholesale Coffee
While we’re not a coffee roaster, we can help connect you with a number of roasters within the community. Just reach out and we’ll find the best fit for your needs. We’re all about spreading the love!
Repair/Troubleshooting Services
We specialize in repair and maintenance of all coffee, espresso equipment, or water treatments with access to parts for most* machines, old and current. We’ll provide quick and transparent solutions for all your needs. If you have a machine that you feel comfortable working on but don’t know where to start, give us a call and we’re more than happy to walk you through the troubleshooting process!
*Most automated home machines like Breville, Mr. Coffee, Jura, etc. may require a a liability wavier prior to service due to lack of access to parts.
Equipment and Supplies for Your Next Cafe, Coffee Cart, or Home
We’re not going to try to sell you on the newest and most expensive fancy equipment because nine times out of ten, you probably won’t need the extra bells and whistles. But if you WANT it, we can help you with that too. We’ll supply you with everything you need (or want) for your situation in the best way we can, to get you up and running without burning a hole in your wallet. Installs and training on use and proper care for the equipment are free with new machine purchases. Give us a call! Barista Training
We can connect you with one of our best trainers in the industry. They can help with training your baristas to help with workflow and to make sure they’re serving your product in the way you intended. They can also help with consultation for new build-outs to ensure a smooth operation.
